DVA Die Stone Conditioner - 1oz bottle or 15 ml pen

DVA DIE STONE CONDITIONER is a liquid resin, gypsum sealing and hardening material for models and dies. The Die Stone Conditioner penetrates into the porosities of the material. As the carrier evaporates, the resin-like material hardens and provides a sealing layer over the entire area to which it has been applied. As a result, all porosities are filled and considerable strength and increased abrasion resistance is imparted upon the gypsum surface.

Instructions

Apply a thin coating of DVA Die Stone Conditioner.  Immediately apply a second thin coat, insuring a complete sealing of the die.  Blot any excess.  Allow to dry 2 to 3 minutes.

Note:

A shiny surface is NOT desirable.  An egg-shell appearance is required.  Use Conditioner/Spacer Thinner to maintain proper working consistency.
